Delivery and return

• Orders are delivered as soon as possible. In principle, concerning orders that have been placed on a working day before 4 p.m., TecnoGlobe commits itself to send said orders after 4 days. Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the ultimate delivery term is thirty (30) days as from the day following the day on which the Client has received the order confirmation from TecnoGlobe

• In case the Client orders a product that is temporarily out of stock, the Client will be informed when the product will be available again. TecnoGlobe commits itself to contact the Client by e-mail or telephone within three working days in order to inform him from the delay.

• Deliveries take place at the address given by the client at the moment of the conclusion of the agreement.

• As soon as the products are delivered at the delivery address, the risks, with regards to these products, are transferred to the client.

Receive e-mail confirmation. Return with label via carrier for free.

Step 3

Pack all items with their original packaging in a separate box. Attach shipping label.

Step 4

Ship the goods back to us.

Step 5

Receive reimbursement after physical inspection within 30 working days.

The article doesn’t suited for you ? No Problem!

Return new/unused items to TecnoGlobe within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund for the item price paid. Items which have been used or installed on your bike will not be accepted for refund.

Returns must include all tags, packaging and be shipped in a sturdy shipping box. Please pack the return articles in their original packaging, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and undamaged and pack this in a separate sturdy box for shipping.

For articles that are returned damaged and/or not in original condition, we will deduct a reasonable compensation. The refund of the purchase price of the returned products, will be executed within 30 working days with the payment method you have performed your payment with. The expedition of the return is free of charge from Belgium, for other countries, please contact us.
